主任致辞

       依托于汕头大学的“广东省数字信号与图像处理技术重点实验室”于1995年11月正式成立, 分别于1997年11月和2015年4月通过了上级主管部门和专家组织的验收。经省科技厅组织专家论证同意,本实验室与汕头超声仪器研究所有限公司互为合作单位。
       作为广东省内珠江三角洲之外唯一的省信息领域的重点实验室,我们的宗旨是:致力于广东省、特别是粤东地区的人工智能与机器人、机器视觉、医学成像、智能信息处理等领域的产业发展和竞争力提升,培养各类专业技术人才,支撑区域内的经济发展与转型。

个人简历

范衠,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,广东省数字信号与图像处理技术重点实验室主任,汕头大学工学院电子信息工程系主任。中组部国家千人计划青年人才、广东省扬帆计划紧缺急需人才、中国侨界贡献奖创新人才、汕头市首届优秀人才青年英才。20045月获得密西根州立大学电子与计算机工程博士学位。2004 受聘于丹麦科技大学,历任助理教授和副教授。20124月至今受聘于汕头大学,20131月至今担任汕头大学工学院电子信息工程系主任,20149月至今担任汕头大学广东省数字信号与图像处理技术重点实验室主任。

主要研究方向为:计算智能, 智能控制, 机器人, 人工智能, 设计自动化, 进化计算, 机器学习, 机器视觉。主持完成丹麦技术创新局3项国家级科技项目,培养3名博士生获得丹麦科技大学博士学位。目前,主持国家和省级科研项目5发表国际期刊会议论文100多篇,其中SCI检索论文20多篇,EI检索论文60多篇,论文被引962次,H指数:16。出版英文专著1部,代表性成果在《IEEE Trans. Evolutionary Computation》、《IEEE Trans. Industrial Electronics》等国际重要期刊发表。多次受邀在重要的国内国际会议(如GECOOWCCICECECOLE等)上做主题演讲。先后担任IEEE高级会员、广东省图像图形学会理事、ACM广州分会副主席、中国自动化学会大数据专委会委员,是国家自然科学基金、教育部科技奖励、教育部长江学者等项目的评审专家。三次获得中国商业联合会科学技术奖。

教学培训Postdoctoral advisees

2005 年 4 月至 2006年8月间, 参加了学校的培训项目Education in University Teaching at DTU并获得资格证书。该项目主要培训教师在教学实践中应用PBL (Problem Based Learning) 基于问题的学习方法和先进的CDIO (Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate)教学理念。在教学实践中,所有的教师都要求自觉使用培训中学到的方法和理念,而获得资格证书是晋升终身副教授的必要条件。
