主任致辞

       依托于汕头大学的“广东省数字信号与图像处理技术重点实验室”于1995年11月正式成立, 分别于1997年11月和2015年4月通过了上级主管部门和专家组织的验收。经省科技厅组织专家论证同意,本实验室与汕头超声仪器研究所有限公司互为合作单位。
       作为广东省内珠江三角洲之外唯一的省信息领域的重点实验室,我们的宗旨是:致力于广东省、特别是粤东地区的人工智能与机器人、机器视觉、医学成像、智能信息处理等领域的产业发展和竞争力提升,培养各类专业技术人才,支撑区域内的经济发展与转型。

个人简历

      范衠,工学博士,教授,博士生导师,汕头大学工学院电子信息工程系主任,广东省数字信号与图像处理技术重点实验室主任,汕头市机器人与智能制造研究院执行院长。广东省“扬帆计划”紧缺急需人才、中国侨界贡献奖创新人才、汕头市首届优秀人才青年英才。2004年5月获得密西根州立大学电子与计算机工程博士学位。2004年受聘于丹麦科技大学,历任助理教授和副教授。2012年4月至今受聘于汕头大学,2013年1月至今担任汕头大学工学院电子信息工程系主任,2014年9月至今担任广东省数字信号与图像处理技术重点实验室主任,2018年5月担任汕头市机器人与智能制造研究院执行院长。

      主要研究方向为:计算智能, 智能控制, 机器人, 人工智能, 设计自动化, 进化计算, 机器学习, 机器视觉。主持完成丹麦技术创新局3项国家级科技项目,培养3名博士生获得丹麦科技大学博士学位。目前主持国家和省部级科研项目5项,发表国际期刊会议论文140多篇,其中SCI检索论文40多篇,EI检索论文100多篇,论文被引1294次,H指数:18;已获授权专利6项,其中授权发明专利1项,授权实用新型专利5项,软件著作权1项;出版中文专著和英文专著各1部,代表性成果在《IEEE Trans. Evolutionary Computation》、《IEEE Trans. Industrial Electronics》等国际重要期刊发表。多次受邀在重要的国内国际会议(如GECOO、WCCI、CEC、ECOLE等)上做主题演讲。先后担任IEEE高级会员、广东省图象图形学会理事、中国人工智能学会智能机器人专委会执行委员、中国智能仿真优化与调度专委会委员、中国自动化学会大数据专委会委员、广东省图象图形学会计算机视觉专委会委员、中国图象图形学学会文档图像分析与识别专委会委员、广东省科协智能制造学会联合体第一届专家委员会委员,是国家自然科学基金、教育部科技奖励、教育部长江学者等项目的评审专家。三次获得中国商业联合会科学技术奖。

教学培训Postdoctoral advisees

2005 年 4 月至 2006年8月间, 参加了学校的培训项目Education in University Teaching at DTU (UDtU*)并获得资格证书。该项目主要培训教师在教学实践中应用PBL (Problem Based Learning) 基于问题的学习方法和先进的CDIO (Conceive-Design-Implement-Operate)教学理念。在教学实践中,所有的教师都要求自觉使用培训中学到的方法和理念,而获得资格证书是晋升终身副教授的必要条件。
