我们新设计出一种图像子带压缩算法。该算法的压缩效率比JPEG2000高。特别是在高保真高比特率(比如PSNR高于45dB)情况下,我们新算法的压缩效率甚至比HEVC帧内编码更高。新算法还在进一步研究与改进中。
